I don't , but I'm definitely not Paleo.

I eat grains like quinoa, brown rice. But I do love bread - but not processed white flour stuff. Usually I get a GF loaf or make my own. And I don't eat it 10 x a day ;)

Interesting though!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175070021785872669.post-9989879044322605302011-08-22T19:06:25.707-04:002011-08-22T19:06:25.707-04:00Hi there! I just stumbled upon your blog and I have to recommend this paleo bread recipe, it's delicious! http://www.lifeasaplate.com/2010/12/16/the-best-grain-free-gluten-free-sandwich-bread-in-the-history-of-man/
I use coconut oil and don't include the yogurt and it comes out perfect. I added in coconut yogurt before but don't notice a difference without it so I rather not add it in. Her grain free banana bread is pretty amazing too!Samanthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09113662264963520662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175070021785872669.post-800752501109472122011-08-16T09:47:42.111-04:002011-08-16T09:47:42.111-04:00No I have never had home made english muffins but ...No I have never had home made english muffins but they do look good! I do not miss bread. I do not miss pasta. That is, until you put it in front of me for any length of time that it takes for my will power to run out. It is amazing you didn't do any sampling while making those! Anyway, if there's no bread in sight I have no problem not eating it. If there is butter all over the bread that's a different story, because I have an on going love affair with butter.

BTW, I know they won't be the same, but perhaps you could modify the recipe to include coconut flour? It is more dense and dry then conventional flour but I think with a little experimentation it could work!Susan@PrimalRecipehttp://primalrecipe.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5175070021785872669.post-72818046414093018792011-08-15T15:22:14.010-04:002011-08-15T15:22:14.010-04:00I'm enjoying one of those English muffins righ...I'm enjoying one of those English muffins right now, and they're amazing. So...I'm with you, I miss baking the bread most. So far I don't miss eating it at all. I think it has a lot to do with how fabulous I feel. No urge to go back to feeling blah.Kerri Ohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12744424433988127754noreply@blogger.com
