Paleo *MUST HAVES*


If you have never had coconut butter, you are SERIOUSLY missing out on liquid goodness. Seriously, this is happiness in a jar. It is 100% amazing. I have been searching for this for weeks. The only place I have been able to locate it is Whole Foods (which is sadly no where around me). 


One of my favorite things about this is that it is made of nothing but raw coconut. It has nothing else, no creepy preservatives, no added sugar—nothing but coconutty goodness.



Honestly, there is nothing that I have drizzled this on that is not super delicious. I just had strawberries dunked into coconut butter fondue style. It is awesome on bananas, apples, and tomorrow I am going to try it on a sweet potato. All of these combinations make the ideal post-run recovery food. I often have a hard time digesting a lot of fat after a long run—but so far coconut butter has been the golden ticket.



It is also good straight from the jar...not that I have any experience with that....

  1. I agree! I adore coconut butter as well as coconut creme from oh gosh, I think it's from Living Tree foods? Super yum.

    I have not tried coconut creme yet....Oh gosh, it sounds YUMMY! I will have to get my hands on some ASAP! :)
